If that's your usual mark then yes for sure, if it was a 1 - off bad one then you need to look at your other tests

Re: ext 1 maths
The easiest way to tell is to just get an extension 1 maths textbook and have a look at the first few topics (we've pretty much did them in Baulko already) and see if you can do those questions. If you can't, then you'll probably struggle in extension 1.

Now I don't teach Year 10 this year, so I am not sure the level of difficulty of the exam, and without knowing you personally my immediate reaction is yes.
However I will add these questions, (you don't have to answer these online, just answer them honestly to yourself);
How much work did you do to get the 35%?
Can you afford to put more time in? (clearly it is needed)
What are you going to sacrifice in order to find the time?
Do you enjoy working on your maths?
As I say I have no idea why you got 35%, perhaps you were having a bad time, stuff happening, and it is an anomoly, but if it is a reflection of your normal level, just do 2 unit and devote your time into doing well at it.

Yes they are. It would be illogical not to grade them

Not only off topic, but a thread already exists
Are there ranked maths classes in year 11
Re: ext 1 maths
would it be better for a person who is indifferent (but more on the not liking side) to maths to do ext 1 amth or maybe focus or do another subjet which they would enjoy more and keep to 2 unit maths
