If your subject doesn't become available...
If your subject doesn't become available, speak to various members of staff who would be able to support your case, like your year advisor or the teacher(s) who would probably be teaching the subject. The Year 12 Latin class in 2008 and the current Year 11 Geography class only have four people in them.
Get the names of friends who want to take the subject and write down their lines and where the elective would best fit. For example:
Person A - Line 5, Line 6
Person B - Line 4, Line 5
Person C - Line 5, Line 6
Person D - LIne 5
Person E - Line 4, Line 6
Person F - Line 4, Line 5
Hopefully, you get the gist of what I am trying to say. If there are only three people who want to study the elective, that's a different story. Don't give up on a subject if it initially doesn't become available!
